I can’t seem to login and not sure why. What should I do?

There are a few ways you can do this: 

1. Look for the confirmation email to confirm your registration first before logging in 

2. Key in the REGISTERED email address and password that you used to sign up 

3. Make sure the spelling of your email address or password is correct and there is no extra spacing, symbols or typos

4. If you forgot your login password, click on the “Forgot password” and follow the steps to reset. 

5. If all the above still failed, please do a print screen of the error message that you received and email us with your registered email address at [e-mail]
