It says that my email address doesn’t exist or not recognized. What do I do?

This usually happens if there's a typo in your email address. Please try registering again, making sure your email is entered correctly.  
 

Register for a new account by following the above steps.  
 

1. Click on Login. 
 

2. Enter the email address and password you wish to use. 
 

3. Click on “Sign Up”, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 
 

4. Click the confirmation link in the email. 
 

5. Once confirmed, log in with your registered email address and password. 
 

6. You can now start plotting your Chart. 
 

If still failed, please email us with your registered email address at [e-mail] by attaching the screenshot of the error message that you received.
